Lead Moderna’s global facilities strategy and operations, ensuring consistency, operational excellence, and cost-efficiency. This role will drive global standardization, develop scalable facilities models, and improve engagement with senior leaders and stakeholders to align on strategic goals. The focus will be on KPIs, budget control, and fostering cross-functional collaboration for continuous improvement.
Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:
Global Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and implement a global stakeholder engagement strategy, ensuring alignment between senior leadership, regional teams, and functional areas.
Strategic Communication: Enhance strategic communication to influence senior leaders, drive alignment, and communicate the vision for operational excellence.
Operational Excellence & Standardization: Establish and track global facilities management standards and KPIs, ensuring scalability, consistency, and process improvement.
Budget Control: Oversee the global facilities budget, implementing cost optimization strategies and maintaining strict financial discipline.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster clear decision-making and collaboration across departments to align facilities strategy with broader organizational goals.
Scalable Service Model Development: Design and deploy a scalable facilities service model that meets global standards and regional needs.
Continuous Improvement: Lead performance metric development and drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Strategic Leadership: Ability to lead complex, global initiatives with clear vision and direction.
Operational Excellence: Expertise in implementing standardized processes to drive efficiency.
