Imagine shaping the future of healthcare by bridging business, data, and artificial intelligence. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of business and technology, driving transformation across the US&I, Japan, and APMA regions. More than a coordinator, you will act as a true translator between business, data, and AI—maximizing value creation and advancing analytics capabilities across the organization.
You will go beyond strategy and concept design, leading initiatives end-to-end—from shaping ideas and setting priorities to hands-on implementation and driving adoption in the business. This is a unique opportunity within a business environment where you are expected not only to lead but also to actively contribute to execution, ensuring tangible outcomes and sustained impact.
As a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, you will own and drive product and analytics strategies, translating business needs into scalable, technology-enabled solutions that enhance customer experience and deliver measurable business value

 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• クロスファンクショナルチームと連携し、ビジネス要件をスケーラブルなデジタル・分析ソリューションへ変換する
• ステークホルダーとの関係構築を主導し、重要案件の意思決定・エスカレーション対応を担う
• 業務改善を推進し、テクノロジー活用と投資最適化を通じてビジネスとの連携を強化する

Essential Requirements:

• 学歴不問
• 日本語、英語が流暢であること　
• ビジネス部門と連携し、テクノロジー/AIを活用した変革を実現した経験
• デジタル技術およびデータ分析に関するビジネス視点での理解
• プロダクト管理（戦略、デリバリー、オペレーション、改善）の実務経験
• 高いステークホルダーマネジメント能力を有しビジネスとの関係構築に長けている、および権限に依らない影響力を発揮できる力
• 複雑かつ多国籍な環境での業務経験、またはクロスファンクショナルな連携経験
• 戦略的思考力、課題解決力、および優れたコミュニケーション能力

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to drive technology-enabled transformation and align solutions with strategic objectives
• Lead delivery of programs, projects, and products, ensuring timely execution and measurable business value
• Own and manage product lifecycle, including roadmap development, prioritization, and value realization
• Translate business needs into scalable digital and analytics solutions through close collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Drive stakeholder engagement, acting as a trusted advisor and key escalation point for critical decisions
• Champion continuous improvement by enhancing ease of engagement and optimizing technology investment decisions

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience partnering with business leaders to deliver technology-driven transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, data, and analytics in a business context
• Demonstrated ability to manage product lifecycle, including roadmap planning and prioritization
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence without formal authority
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional, and multinational environments
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
