As Therapy Manager at Ferring India , you will be responsible for driving sales performance and market penetration for assigned therapeutic areas. You will lead the development and execution of sales strategies, foster strong customer relationships, and ensure effective multi-channel marketing to achieve ambitious business objectives.
Job Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for designated therapeutic areas, aligning with global and regional objectives.
* Lead and manage sales activities, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets and market share growth.
* Conduct in-depth customer analysis to identify needs, opportunities, and challenges within the market.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and relevant stakeholders.
* Drive customer success by understanding their needs and ensuring Ferring products and services effectively address them.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical, and other internal teams to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
* Utilize market intelligence to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and unmet needs, informing strategic decision-making.
* Optimize sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force.
* Deliver consistent and measurable results, demonstrating accountability for performance.
* Effectively communicate complex scientific and commercial information to diverse audiences.
* Exhibit resilience and adaptability in a dynamic market environment, navigating challenges and embracing change.

Job Qualifications**
* Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales in Gastroenterology, Urology with a strong understanding of the industry landscape.
* Demonstrated ability to Communicate Effectively, both verbally and in writing, with diverse audiences.
* Expertise in Customer Analysis, Customer Relationship Management, and Customer Success Management.
* Track record of successfully delivering results and exceeding sales targets.
* Experience with Digital Sales and Multi-Channel Marketing strategies.
* Ability to Display Resilience and Adaptable in a fast-paced and evolving market.
* Strong self-management skills, including the ability to Manage Self and prioritize effectively.
* Proficiency in leveraging Market Intelligence for strategic decision-making.
* Solid understanding of Sales Optimization and Sales Strategy development.
* Proven Selling skills with a focus on value-based selling.
* Demonstrated ability to Work Collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
