Provide clear status updates, executive summaries, decision requests, and escalation pathways to senior leaders and cross-functional partners
Forecast regional capacity, identify resource conflicts, and manage regional workload, escalating cross-region conflicts to the Head of TT&PM using the integrated portfolio view
Deploy and drive adherence to standard tools, templates, playbooks, governance cadences, and reporting mechanisms; channel improvements back to TT Standardization rather than creating regional variants
Support digital tools, data visibility, knowledge management, and reporting that improve transfer predictability and proactive risk management
Drive delivery through influence across CMC, MSAT, sites, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Development, and external partners, and foster accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, collaboration, and trust

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, pharmaceutical science, biotechnology, chemistry, biology, or a related scientific/technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing, MSAT, CMC, process development, technology transfer, program management, quality, supply chain, or related technical functions.
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional technology transfer or strategic manufacturing programs in a regulated/GMP environment.
Experience guiding junior team members; ability to coach, develop, and align diverse technical and program management talent.
Strong portfolio governance, risk management, dependency management, escalation management, and executive communication capability.
Ability to simplify complex technical and organizational issues into clear decisions, actions, and priorities.
Strong stakeholder management across sites, regional teams, global functions, and external partners.
Comfort operating in ambiguity and building scalable ways of working across geographies and modalities.
