They will be a talented leader with the strategic acumen, commercial capabilities, and leadership skills to motivate a high-performing leadership team to execute product deliverables and goals with sustained excellence.. In doing such, they will bring passion, urgency, and a get-it-done attitude to treating unmet needs in patients.  </p> <h3><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead a front line leadership team and sales force, managing, motivating and inspiring teams to achieve product goals and execute Attruby brand strategy and tactics.</li> <li>Achieve results through Area team for Attruby, working closely with commercial and medical counterparts to ensure alignment and success</li> <li>Be accountable for your Area Sales team for achieving sales performance targets</li> <li>Actively review Area Sales team performance metrics with Senior Vice President, Sales to ensure that the Area Sales team is executing Attruby brand strategies and plans optimally and achieving maximum sales results for assigned geographies</li> <li>Collaborate with marketing to create a differentiated and compelling Attruby product message and to develop and execute marketing plans based on needs within region.</li> <li>Establish, build, and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in partnership with Marketing and Medical Affairs.
