<p></p><p><b>About This Role:</b><span> </span></p><p>As the Analyst for International Compensation & Benefits, you will play a pivotal role in supporting compensation and benefits activities outside the United States. You will navigate independently across a dynamic and multi-faceted team environment, effectively meeting the global needs of the business. This position entails supporting all countries from a Total Rewards perspective while maintaining a global philosophy and approach. You will drive issue resolution processes for escalated compensation and benefits inquiries, and support compensation partners with job offers, leveling, reorganizations, and other business-related activities. By maintaining an external focus on best practices, regulatory requirements, and the competitive landscape, you will bring significant value to the business. This role fits within the business structure by ensuring our global Total Rewards strategy aligns with business goals and enhances employee satisfaction and retention.</p><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Do:</b></p><ul><li>Support international compensation and benefits activities, maintaining a global perspective.</li><li>Drive issue resolution processes for escalated compensation and benefits inquiries outside the US.</li><li>Assist compensation partners with job offers, job leveling, reorganizations, and business-related compensation activities.</li><li>Conduct Workday audits to ensure accurate usage of job codes, bonus plans, and locations.</li><li>Support the Compensation team in SOX compliance requests.</li><li>Participate in annual compensation and benefits surveys globally.</li><li>Provide support for the annual compensation process, including managing project plans and executing various activities.</li><li>Draft presentations, training materials, and other communication materials.</li><li>Work with HR Systems to test system changes and address issues before opening.</li><li>Aid the benefits team in executing aspects of large, complex projects like global wellbeing initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate on the global brokerage solution for risk coverage and global retirement management models.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Who You Are:</b><span> </span></p><p>You possess a blend of analytical and communication skills that allow you to navigate complex compensation and benefits landscapes with ease. Your ability to consult on issues with a deep understanding and technical expertise makes you a valuable asset to our team. You thrive in dynamic environments where you can independently manage projects and initiatives, showcasing your strong organizational skills. You are a creative problem-solver who challenges the status quo and brings innovative solutions to the table.
