Overview

The Product Manager (Oncology) will take full ownership of the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive the success of the company’s Oncology products in an increasingly competitive landscape, with specific focus on Thoracic Cancer (Lung Cancer). This role will lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Market Access teams to ensure sustainable growth through effective lifecycle management of the Oncology portfolio.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Product Leadership, Market Strategy & Execution

  • Own the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and business plans for the Thoracic Cancer (Lung Cancer) franchise, ensuring full lifecycle management of in-market products and near-term pipeline assets in a highly competitive environment.

  • Lead market research and competitive intelligence activities to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, translating insights into actionable strategies to drive portfolio growth across all lifecycle stages.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to design impactful sales tools, training programs, and launch plans that maximize uptake of new molecules and indications while sustaining mature brands.

  • Drive flawless execution of prioritized promotional initiatives aligned with lifecycle objectives and strategic imperatives.

  • Engage and influence key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to gather insights, strengthen partnerships, and reinforce the company’s leadership in Oncology throughout the product lifecycle.

Oncology Alliance Partnership Management

  • Lead the development, management, and optimization of strategic alliances with external partners—including institutions, healthcare organizations, and industry collaborators—to advance Oncology business objectives.

  • Foster collaborative initiatives, ensure alignment between partnership goals and business strategies, and drive joint value creation.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for alliance partners, overseeing governance, performance tracking, and issue resolution to maximize partnership outcomes and support portfolio growth.

Market Access & Policy Engagement

  • Collaborate with External Affairs, Access, Policy, and Communications (EAPC) teams to unlock affordability and ensure broad patient access while safeguarding the value of innovation.

  • Navigate healthcare financing, payer dynamics, and policy frameworks in Singapore, and design and optimize patient support programs.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Monitor and analyze product performance, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.

  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize portfolio performance.

Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Define clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives.

  • Track progress, conduct retrospectives, and apply learnings to continuously enhance execution.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements, industry codes of practice, and internal company policies.

  • Stay informed of evolving regulations and best practices to maintain high standards of compliance.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, or a related healthcare discipline.

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong track record in product management or marketing.

  • Deep understanding of the Singapore healthcare ecosystem, with hands-on experience in oncology or specialty care markets.

  • Proven success in marketing products within competitive and scientifically complex therapeutic areas.

  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical capability, and business acumen.

  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Influence – Effectively leveraging persuasion and stakeholder engagement strategies to gain commitment and drive portfolio outcomes.
