This is an opportunity to influence strategy, inspire teams, and create experiences that are intuitive, trustworthy, and genuinely valuable for customers and the business. Working at the intersection of design, technology, and human insight, you will help ensure AI solutions are transparent, inclusive, and centred on real user needs.
What will you be doing?
As AI Experience/Design Lead, you will guide the creation of seamless AI enabled experiences that fit naturally into customer workflows. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and business leaders to turn complex challenges into meaningful user outcomes.

Alongside leading journey mapping and customer research activities, you will mentor designers, enable delivery teams, and help remove barriers that slow progress.
You will champion human centred AI design principles, ensuring products are transparent, explainable, and provide the right levels of user control and oversight. Through experimentation, research, and continuous learning, you will drive improvements that build customer trust, adoption, and long term value.
What will you need to be successful?
