职责描述：

• 在公司政策和程序指引下向客户提供及时准确的专业支持，建立合作伙伴关系
• 在公司政策和程序指引下充分利用资源进行有效的客户拜访，传递产品价值信息
• 在公司政策和程序指引下规划和组织各种会议或活动，挖掘区域市场潜力
• 通过公司管理系统以及其他合规的渠道和方式，收集市场信息，进行分析，反馈和建议
• 完成上级经理指派的其他各项工作

任职资格

• 教育背景：具有医学、药学或相关专业，本科及以上学历
• 工作经验：1年以上制药行业销售相关工作经验，过往有较好绩效
• 具备学术推广能力、客户管理、强执行力等关键技能
• 具备韧性、学习敏锐度、结果导向等特质
• 具备高度的合规意识
