岗位职责:
1、负责医院渠道所属区域市场开发医院和维护上量工作,在公司政策引导下向医院医生传递和公司产品相关的信息,执行公司销售策略,完成或超过销售指标;
2、通过有效地将目标客户进行分级管理,合理安排拜访频率、正确传递产品信息与客户建立起良好的关系,维护公司形象;
3、及时提交周报、月报,反馈工作情况;反应市场信息,收集反馈竞品信息;
4、建立并维护客户信息,发掘深层次需求,协助进行产品在该地区的学术推广活动不断提高市场份额;
岗位要求:
1、大专以上学历,医药临床相关专业佳;
2、良好的亲和力及冲劲;
3、较好的沟通能力,良好的仪容仪表和行为方式;
4、工作认真负责、具有一定的承压能力;
5、较好的学习能力。
