TOBRAMYCIN SULFATE (PHARMACY BULK) (tobramycin sulfate) by Pfizer is mechanism of action tobramycin acts by inhibiting synthesis of protein in bacterial cells. Mechanism of Action Tobramycin acts by inhibiting synthesis of protein in bacterial cells. In vitro tests demonstrate that tobramycin is bactericidal.
