SYNALGOS-DC-A (acetaminophen; caffeine; dihydrocodeine bitartrate) by R-Pharm US is clinical pharmacology: acetaminophen, caffeine, and dihydrocodeine bitartrate tablets contain dihydrocodeine which is a semisynthetic narcotic analgesic related to codeine, with multiple actions qualitatively similar to those of codeine; the most prominent of these involve the central nervous system and organs with smooth muscle components. Approved for minor aches, pains due to: headache sore throat flu toothache the common cold temporarily reduces fever. First approved in 1986.
