NEORAL (cyclosporine) is a potent immunosuppressive small molecule that selectively inhibits T-lymphocyte activation in the G0 and G1 phases of the cell cycle. It is indicated for prevention of organ rejection in kidney, liver, and heart allogeneic transplants, as well as for rheumatoid arthritis and severe psoriasis in nonimmunocompromised patients.
