Drug data last refreshed Yesterday
Indomethacin is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) administered via injection that works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes to reduce inflammation and pain. It is indicated for acute gout, patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) in neonates, acute pancreatitis, ankylosing spondylitis, ulcerative colitis, and general inflammation. The injectable formulation provides rapid onset of action for acute inflammatory conditions.
As LOE approaches, expect organizational focus to shift toward cost optimization and market defense strategies with potentially reduced team expansion.

Working on indomethacin as LOE approaches offers limited growth but valuable experience in defensive commercial strategy, generic erosion management, and cost-based market positioning. Roles will emphasize market access, payer relations, and operational efficiency rather than growth-oriented brand building.
