The Working Student, Product Marketing Management - Biopharma Solutions Portfolio is responsible for supporting the global product marketing team with practical, hands-on work across portfolio analysis, market and customer insights, launch support, content coordination, and project follow-up.
This position reports to the Global Head of Product Marketing, Biopharma Solutions and is part of the Global Product Marketing Management - Biopharma Solutions team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support product marketing managers across the Biopharma Solutions portfolio, including centrifugation, cell health, and particle counting.

• Help prepare market, customer, competitor, and installed-base analyses by gathering inputs, organizing data, and translating findings into clear PowerPoint, Excel, or Word summaries.

• Assist with product launch and lifecycle activities, including launch deliverables, messaging inputs, sales enablement material coordination, and follow-up action lists.

• Collect and synthesize customer and regional feedback from surveys, interviews, win/loss inputs, sales teams, and internal stakeholders into concise insight summaries.

• Coordinate product marketing project administration, including meeting preparation, notes, action tracking, SharePoint/Teams file organization, and status updates.

• Support content and campaign readiness by helping review collateral, maintain asset trackers, consolidate feedback, and ensure materials are easy for regional teams to find and use.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of product marketing processes by identifying opportunities to simplify templates, dashboards, workflows, and communication routines.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in life sciences, biotechnology, biomedical sciences, business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to organize information clearly and accurately.

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to summarize information in a clear and structured way for different audiences.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Life sciences, laboratory, biotechnology, diagnostics, or biopharma-related coursework, internships, working student roles, or project work.

• Using collaboration and project tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Click-Up, Power BI, CRM systems, or project/task trackers.

• Market research, competitive analysis, customer insight work, data visualization, or marketing communications.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Travel is expected to be minimal and should be confirmed with the hiring manager and HR.

• This role is primarily remote and computer-based.
