<h3>Job Title</h3>Workforce Planning Manager<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><b>Job Responsibilities:</b></p><p>Defines and implements cross-modality workforce plans aligned with service demand forecasts and financial targets.</p><p>Integrates dynamic IB-based service demand, workforce capacity and cost into standardized workforce forecasting models to support robust scenario planning.</p><p>Deploys and leverages automation and digital tools to improve workforce planning accuracy, scalability and operational efficiency.</p><p>Monitors and analyzes workforce utilization, efficiency and performance metrics to drive resource deployment optimization.</p><p>Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce plans and implement structured cost governance.</p><p>Drives and executes targeted workforce initiatives to underpin financial targets while maintaining service quality.</p><p>Develops and presents data-driven workforce insights, forecasts and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders for strategic decision making.</p><p>Ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all workforce planning activities.</p><p><br /><br /><b>Minimum required Education:</b><br />Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Analytics, Operations Management, Human Resources Management, Engineering or equivalent.<br /><br /><b>Minimum required Experience:</b><br />Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor&#39;s OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master&#39;s in areas such as Service Delivery, Service Operations or equivalent.<br /><br /><b>Preferred Skills:</b></p><p>Business Acumen</p><p>Resource Planning &amp; Allocation</p><p>Performance Management</p><p>Stakeholder Management</p><p>Project Management</p><p>Change Management</p><p>Operational Excellence</p><p>Digitalization</p><p></p><p><b>How we work together</b><br />We believe that we are better together than apart.
