You will work closely with product owners, developers, and business teams to turn business needs into modern, cloud-ready, web-based solutions.</p><p></p><p><b>What will you be doing?</b></p><ul><li>Own and deliver end-to-end web solutions — from user stories and architecture through development, testing, and production release</li><li>Provide hands-on technical leadership including technical grooming, developer guidance, solution design support, and code reviews</li><li>Lead Agile technical discovery, backlog refinement, and sprint-level architecture planning with product and engineering teams</li><li>Drive code quality, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release readiness to ensure fast, stable, and secure deployments</li><li>Define and enforce web platform, CMS, and reusable component architecture standards while maintaining clear, lightweight technical and architecture documentation</li><li>Self-manage priorities, handle competing demands, follow ITIL-based change processes, and translate technical decisions into clear business language.</li></ul><h1></h1><p></p><p><b>What will you need to be successful?</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master&#39;s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.</li><li><b>Certifications</b>: <b>Sitecore 10 .NET Developer Certification (mandatory), </b></li><li>ITIL Certification<b>, AEM certification </b>is good to have.<br /><b>Experience:</b> <b>10&#43; years of experience in web development, digital platforms, </b>or software engineering, including hands-on coding and architecture work</li><li>Min of 5&#43; years relevant experience in a <b>solution or technical architecture role for web applications, CMS platforms, or cloud-based digital platforms, with a focus on digital customer experience.</b></li><li>Experience with<b> commercial CMS platforms, including Sitecore, AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), Drupal, </b>or equivalent, and web platform standards for delivering enhanced digital customer experiences.</li><li>Strong experience in front-end technologies (<b>React, Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) and back-end integration (REST APIs, microservices, cloud services like AWS or Azure).</b></li><li><b>Proven experience in end-to-end web solution delivery</b>, including design, development, code review, deployment, and post-release support for customer-facing websites or portals.</li><li>Should be flexible in supporting the portfolio as per requirement.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance, mentor developers, and lead Agile technical sessions (grooming, discovery, sprint planning).</li><li>Hands-on experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, automated testing, and release management.</li><li>Strong understanding of ITIL change management processes, Agile release management, and software development lifecycle.</li><li>Ability to self-manage priorities, handle multiple competing demands, and translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Experience working in cross-functional teams <b>(UX, marketing, product, IT)</b> to deliver scalable, high-performance, customer-focused web solutions.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>You Unlimited.</b></p><p>We believe in crafting the greatest good for society.
