Warehouse Technician

The Warehouse Technician is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control. This role ensures accurate and efficient movement of medical device products while maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: - Order Fulfillment & Shipping: - Pick and pack products accurately to expedite the production and shipping process. - Prepare outgoing shipments through FedEx, UPS, and other carriers. - Generate shipping labels, process FedEx/UPS packages, and track shipments as needed. - Communicate with shipping companies to resolve delivery or pickup issues. - Inventory Management: - Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with periodic cycle counts. - Ensure stock is stored correctly and replenish supplies as needed. - Report discrepancies or low inventory to the Production Manager. - Warehouse Operations: - Receive incoming materials and verify shipment accuracy. - Organize warehouse shelves, storage locations, and materials for efficiency and compliance. - Follow company procedures to maintain safety and quality standards in a regulated medical device environment. - Administrative & Technical Skills: - Use Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) at a basic–intermediate level for recordkeeping and communication. - Update logs, documentation, or inventory systems as required. - Communicate clearly with internal departments, production teams, and logistics partners.
