<p>By clicking the “Apply” button, I understand that my employment application process with Takeda will commence and that the information I provide in my application will be processed in line with Takeda’s <a href="https://jobs.takeda.com/privacynotice" target="_blank">Privacy Notice</a> and <a href="https://www.takeda.com/terms-and-conditions/" target="_blank">Terms of Use</a>.  I further attest that all information I submit in my employment application is true to the best of my knowledge.</p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><b>Job Description</b></h2><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</b><br />Main duties:</h1><ul><li><p>Comply and follow process Warehousing, GDP and GMP</p></li><li><p>Ensure rejected material per two months or maximum 70% from capacity.</p></li><li><p>Ensure product return and product recall processes are in accordance with procedures.</p></li><li><p>Conduct the stock taking once in a year.</p></li><li><p>Being auditee of Self Inspection, internal and external audit including Halal Management.</p></li><li><p>Comply with applicable EHS regulations in their respective work areas and in the factory area.</p></li><li><p>Support WH Manager in WH Project.</p></li><li><p>Ensure that all attachments in the warehouse are available and updated and well-documented.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and make plans for investigation as Lead Investigator in the WH.</p></li><li><p>Report training plan and record.</p></li><li><p>Ensure report temperature monitoring in Warehouse per month.</p></li><li><p>Create CCR for any changes in Warehouse.</p></li><li><p>Validate and Qualify Warehouse&#39;s equipment and room.</p></li><li><p>Ensure no deviation and CAPA GMP overdue.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all materials are stored in accordance with procedures.</p></li><li><p>Assure all GMP related procedures in Warehouse comply to regulation.</p></li><li><p>Revise and create risk assessments in Warehouse comply to regulation.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for reviewing and developing SOP of Warehouse Dept.</p></li><li><p>Support budget planning and forecasting activities with Line Manager.</p></li><li><p>Supervise internal and external warehouse staff, schedule daily activities, and monitor execution.</p></li><li><p>Manage external services in the warehouse (e.g., cleaning, maintenance) and coordinate with contract warehouses.</p></li><li><p>Directly handle operational issues and escalate when necessary.</p></li><li><p>Act as Warehouse and Distribution Manager in the absence of the incumbent.</p></li><li><p>Conduct warehouse inspections including AC filter replacement, pallet cleaning, curtain washing, and temperature/RH monitoring</p></li><li><p>Ensure inventory accuracy, timely system transactions, and proper cycle counting with corrective actions for discrepancies.</p></li><li><p>Manage delivery processes via SAP, including creating delivery numbers, confirming picking lists, and issuing purchase orders for equipment, supplies, or services.</p></li><li><p>Verify CPB and CKB before handover to production and packaging.</p></li><li><p>Oversee temperature and scale monitoring for goods in transit and warehouse storage.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and coordinate administrative documentation, supporting audits and reporting.</p></li><li><p>Lead and participate in EHS, P2K3, and emergency response teams, including Class D and C firefighting teams.</p></li><li><p>Complete mandatory quality and EHS training, refresh SOPs, and manage CAPA for warehouse and supply chain areas.</p></li><li><p>Other duties may be assigned as needed.</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><b>Locations</b></h2>Bekasi, Indonesia<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><b>Worker Type</b></h2>Employee<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><b>Worker Sub-Type</b></h2>Regular<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><b>Time Type</b></h2>Full time
