If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Summary</h2><p><span>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a </span><b><span>Warehouse Supervisor</span></b> <span>located in </span><b><span>Orangeburg South Carolina</span></b><span>.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Reporting to the </span><b><span>Warehouse Manager </span></b><span>the </span><b><span>Warehouse Supervisor</span></b> <span>will oversee a wide variety of warehouse activities including receiving, storage and line replenishment of raw materials and maintaining inventory and associated records.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Shift 1st : 6:00am-4:30pm Mon-Fri </span></p><p></p><p><b><span>What a typical day looks like:</span></b></p><p></p><ul><li><span>Oversee the receiving and distribution of goods.</span></li><li><span>Ensure orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.</span></li><li><span>Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.</span></li><li><span>Maintains proper levels of stock within warehouse to ensure maximum profitability</span></li><li><span>Maintains files on all equipment.</span></li><li>Identifies skills needed within team and works with team to achieve them.</li><li><span>Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse</span></li><li><span>Responsible for ordering necessary equipment.</span></li><li><span>Ensures WIP locations are adequately and routinely stocked.</span></li><li><span>Ensure warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.</span></li><li><span>Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse</span></li><li><span>Escalation and may have stockroom reports</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</span></b></p><p></p><ul><li><span>Associate degree or equivalent experience</span></li><li><span>5 years Supervisor experience</span></li><li><span>Experience of BaaN MRP</span></li><li><span>Basic MRP Knowledge</span></li><li><span>Experience with Kronos</span></li><li><span>MS Office Knowledge</span></li><li><span>Good Communication Skills (Written and Verbal) </span>interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form</li><li><span>Forklift Experience (preferred)</span></li><li><span>Inventory Cycle Counting experience</span></li><li><span>Warehouse experience for high-speed production lines</span></li><li>Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.</li><li>Capable in guiding a major initiative that impacts the site.</li><li>Exercises judgment using ambiguously defined procedures and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
