<div><div>Position Summary </div><div>The Warehouse Specialist responsible for receiving, incoming inspection, release, storing, and distributing materials within the warehouse, and to transport goods and materials efficiently and on time at multiple facilities in the Los Angeles Area (Santa Monica, CA and Tarzana, CA). This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory, supporting shipping/receiving functions, timely deliveries and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. This position report to the Warehouse Associate Director. </div><div>Essential Functions and Responsibilities </div><div>Warehouse Management </div><div><ul><li>Load, unload, and move materials using hand truck, forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Receive all incoming shipments and act as a primary point of contact for deliveries to the warehouse. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Process incoming material receipt and collect certificates for material release, as required. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Accurately enter data into inventory systems (manual or electronic). </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure materials are handled and stored safely in compliance with safety regulations. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Reports any damaged or missing inventory to management. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse aisles, shelves, and work areas. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Dispense raw materials to support GMP manufacturing and development operations, including monitoring Kanban area to ensure optimal replenishment of materials. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Perform inventory cycle counts and inventory management transactions to ensure accuracy in ERP system. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Organize and maintain GMP warehouse and in-use material storage units/areas. </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Work closely with lab manager(s) to ensure supply and availability of materials for development labs. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support drug product and/or sample shipment pack-out. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations. </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>General </div><div><ul><li>Support processes for inventory management, master data management, kanban, materials flows, and other related capabilities. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support new material qualification efforts, tech transfer projects, and process improvements. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Partner with key collaborators to ensure materials meet the needs of the business and incorporate continuous improvement. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Identify excess, obsolete and end of shelf-life inventories. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support generation and data collection for metrics and reports. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Manage and escalate material supply risks to internal stakeholders. Collaborate cross‑functionally to develop and execute mitigation plans. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Promote a culture of collaboration, partnership, cross-functional inclusion, execution excellence, effective communication and cross-functional problem-solving to become a high‑performing team. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Other responsibilities as needed. </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Required Skills/Abilities </div><div><ul><li>Experience using inventory management, asset management and environmental monitoring systems such as ERP. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience in biotech/pharma industry. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Must be diligent with exceptional organization skills. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Work independently and plan schedules and activities to accomplish objectives. </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly fluid company environment and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities. </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Education and Requirements: </div><div><ul><li>1 years Supply Chain/ Materials Management experience within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Direct experience and knowledge in warehouse. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience working in a GMP manufacturing facility. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Must be on-site. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Min HS Diploma </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>  </div><div>Physical Requirements   </div><div>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. </div><div> </div><div><ul><li>Sit, talk, hear, and critically evaluate information to participate in meetings and discussions, and analyze and present information and data.   </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Use hands to work on a computer.    </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Frequently stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.     </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Must be able to lift, carry, push/pull, or otherwise move 10/25/50 pounds regularly/occasionally </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Must be able to ascend and descend ladders/stairs while carrying 10/25/50 pounds </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Must be able to lift from ground floor, knee height and up to above head </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Ability to work in a warehouse environment </li></ul>The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $53,400.80 to $80,101.20 Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles.
