In this role, the individual will be responsible for receiving incoming freight and inventory management of lab supplies.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Shift:</span></b></p><p><span>Monday to Friday</span></p><p><span>10:00 am-6:30 pm </span></p><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Work On</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Act as an area lead, leading a team of 3-4</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support Warehouse Manager in space planning and forecasting for inventory</span></p></li><li><p><span>Overseeing and leading the training of receiving team on ERP systems, forklift usage, and replenishment according to procedures</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure timely and accurate receipts of purchased materials and returned goods.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate material transactions between the warehouses and other departments.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Supervise cycle count activities and physical inventory counts. Stocking and inventory management of supplies within site warehouses ensuring first in first out is maintained</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain warehouse and ensure supplies are easily identifiable and retrievable</span></p></li><li><p><span>Reconcile packing slips according to company procedures</span></p></li><li><p><span>Transfer of supplies between the main warehouse and reserve warehouse locations</span></p></li><li><p><span>Must comply with company policy regarding the handling of supplies, chemicals, tests, and reagents</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain a high level of organizational, professionalism, and time management skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintains cleanliness of the pick faces, overstock locations, and receiving by sweeping the floor, wiping up spills, and keeping stations organized</span></p></li><li><p><span>Follows and abides by all company safety rules</span></p></li><li><p><span>Verify all receiving equipment and supplies are at an operational level</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to operate Microsoft office applications (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, and Power Point)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Perform random quality audits on shipment receipts daily</span></p></li><li><p><span>Oversee and support daily cycle counts</span></p></li><li><p><span>Must be dependable and punctual</span></p></li><li><p><span>Determine daily flow and prioritization of receipts and status on incoming air and ocean shipments</span></p></li><li><p><span>Performs other duties as assigned</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor PO receipts, transfers, and replenishments and provide status on all inbound shipments daily.
