<p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY:</strong> Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Warehouse and Materials Coordinator plays a central role in handling the flow of materials—from receiving and inventory control through to outbound shipments and procurement support. The majority of this role is dedicated to material handling, shipping, and receiving, with additional responsibility for supporting procurement and purchasing activities.&nbsp;</p>
<p>You will perform&nbsp; the receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods, ensuring traceability, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards (FDA, ISO, and internal SOPs). You will also support by communicating with internal stakeholder and external suppliers to ensure material status is accurately reflected and maintained in the ERP system.</p>

<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring 100% order accuracy, proper documentation, and on-time delivery.</li>
<li>Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, labeling, storing, kitting, picking, packing, and shipping of materials and finished goods.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and organized inventory records using ERP and inventory management software, identifying and resolving discrepancies proactively.</li>
<li>Conduct regular cycle counts and&nbsp; physical inventory counts to ensure system accuracy.</li>
<li>Ensure compliant warehouse practices, including segregation, lot control, labeling, and traceability per FDA and ISO standards.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure timely material retrieval&nbsp; for manufacturing and R&amp;D builds.</li>
<li>Review and reconcile procurement documentation including invoices, packing slips, and receipts for accuracy and completeness.</li>
<li>Identify and implement process improvements that enhance warehouse efficiency, space utilization, and overall material flow.</li>
<li>Partner with Finance and Supply Chain on new item arrivals, vendor onboarding, invoice reconciliation, and audit readiness.</li>
<li>Maintain a safe, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environment, adhering to all company safety and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Support purchasing activities by initiating and tracking purchase orders, managing supplier communications, and coordinating deliveries.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, materials coordination, and procurement support within a regulated manufacturing or medical device environment.</li>
<li>Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience creating and managing purchase orders within ERP strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO 13485, cGMP) related to materials handling and documentation.</li>
<li>Knowledge of inventory control principles, shipping documentation (commercial invoices, bills of lading, customs forms), and HTS codes for import/export.</li>
<li>Experience tracking key performance metrics such as order accuracy, delivery timeliness, and inventory accuracy.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across departments.</li>
<li>Self-motivated with strong accountability, adaptability to change, and commitment to continuous process improvement.</li>
<li>Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse activities on a regular basis</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>COMPENSATION</strong>: Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $68,000 - $92,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
