Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse & logistic specialist. Reporting to the Associate Director Logistic Management, the primary role of the Warehouse & Logistics specialists
Key Team member to the Logistics team providing support for indirect activities that impact the flow of materials both into and through the Site. Working with both Warehouse team as well as other Site stakeholders and above Site teams to ensure systems and procedures effectively manage safety and Quality risks whilst maximising operational effectiveness. These procedures/ systems include change controls, shipping & regulatory controls, training & development, compliance (safety & quality) audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you will do:
In order to excel in this role, you will have:
• Level 7 qualification in a related discipline.
• Three to five plus years’ experience in a GMP/regulated environment.
• Proven record of accomplishments of working in a Pharma/Biopharma company or related industry is desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills required, ability to interact professionally with all staff, both up and down the organisation
• Organisation Skills – Ability to manage multiple priorities and know when to escalate issues for resolution.
• Good influencing / collaboration skills and teamwork mindset
• Coaching others by sharing your skill set and expertise.
• Experience using ERP systems at a manufacturing site.
• Supply chain material planning experience is desirable.
• Proven ability to using a wide variety of lean tools and building capability in teams you have led that becomes the standard way work gets completed.
