<p style="text-align:left">Job Description</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>Join our team as a <b>Warehouse Lead</b> and help run day-to-day operations while developing and supporting a high-performing, inclusive team. You will work closely with Warehouse Technicians and cross-functional partners to keep materials moving safely and efficiently through the site.</p><p></p><p><b>Bring energy, knowledge, innovation to carry out the following:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Lead daily warehouse activities: incoming goods receipt, material put-away, kitting for manufacturing, shipping, and raw material sampling.</li><li>Plan and prioritize process orders to balance people and equipment, ensuring a smooth flow of work.</li><li>Set clear goals, translate site priorities into action, and manage projects to deliver on time.</li><li>Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders; collaborate across teams to meet site objectives.</li><li>Coach, mentor, and develop technicians; foster continuous learning and problem-solving.</li><li>Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement; challenge the status quo and model lean ways of working.</li><li>Oversee training to keep skills current and relevant (Standard Operating Procedures, On-the-Job Training, Instructor-Led Training, Task Breakdown Sheets).</li><li>Lead by example—reinforce our culture of accountability, inclusion, and teamwork.</li><li>Support inventory management, including Kanban activities, and partner with Inventory Associates.</li><li>Identify and communicate risks; set stretch goals and allocate resources to meet business needs.</li><li>Participate in walk-the-floor reviews, site audits, and regulatory inspections.</li><li>Perform other duties as needed.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>What skills you will need:</b></p><p>In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:</p><p></p><ul><li>5–10 years of experience in a Good Manufacturing Practice or other regulated environment.</li><li>Ability to work shifts.</li><li>Experience working cross-functionally with a track record of meeting schedules in an interdependent work culture.</li><li>Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and escalate issues when needed.</li><li>Proficiency with enterprise resource planning systems in a manufacturing setting.</li><li>Experience with supply chain material planning is a plus.</li><li>Proven ability to use lean tools and build team capability so improvements become the standard way of working.</li><li>Excellent coaching, collaboration, and influencing skills; comfortable working with colleagues at all levels.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.</li><li>Warehouse management experience is desirable.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>We keep the patient at the very heart of all that we do and strive to find solutions and treatments for some of the world&#39;s most challenging healthcare needs.</p><p></p><p>As an equal opportunity employer, we are proud to be a company that embraces the value of bringing diverse, talented, and committed people together.
