<h1></h1><h1><b>Job Summary</b></h1><p></p>Responsible for order fulfillment activities at the Market Unit Distribution Center including all functional areas of distribution operations and warehousing. This includes but not limited to Receiving; Put-away; Replenishment; Customer Order Fulfillment; Dock Activity – Shipping; Inventory Cycle Counting; and daily assignments to support these activities, and other duties in greater or lesser degrees as determined by supervisory staff.<h1></h1><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Responsibilities</b></h1><h1></h1><p><span>*Accurately pick, sort, put away, and stage customer orders according to product code, lot number, and quantity requested. </span></p><p><span>*<span><span> </span></span></span><span>Inspects truck/container for the condition of temperature and cleanliness and reports any abnormality to management.</span></p><p><span>*<span><span> </span></span></span><span>Organizes the dock and prepares for inbound and outbound shipments.</span></p><p><span>*<span><span> </span></span></span><span>Notate and report any discrepancies and/or damages to the Supervisor per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).</span></p><p><span>*<span><span> </span></span></span><span>Check picked orders for accuracy of lot numbers, quantities, and document completion.</span></p><p><span>*<span><span> </span></span></span><span>Accurately pack customer orders in compliance with instructions on the order form or as provided by the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.</span></p><p><span>*<span><span>  </span></span></span><span>Pack completed orders in such a manner as to protect the product from loss or damage.</span></p><p><span>*<span><span> </span></span></span><span>Process parcel shipments using the provided Ship Station Meters.<span>  </span>Palletize metered packages for transfer to the appropriate carrier and mode of shipping (ground or air).</span></p><p><span>*<span><span> </span></span></span><span>For less than truck load (LTL) palletized shipments; scan, palletize cases, weigh and stretch-wrap truck orders. </span></p><p><span>* </span><span>Create, check, or print Bill of Lading (BOL), packing slips, and accurately stage for shipping or receiving as required.</span></p><p><span>* </span><span>Confirms and <span> </span>compares all identifying information and counts items to verify information against BOL, packing lists, invoices, orders, or other records.</span></p><p><span>* </span><span>Verifies and files records of all receiving and shipping documentation at the time of delivery and receipt.</span></p><p><span>* </span><span>Inputs receipts into SAP, utilizing both radio frequency (RF) scanning devices and desktop or laptop terminals.</span></p><p><span>* </span><span>Loading and unloading of trucks as assigned.</span></p><p><span>*Supports inventory cycle counts, as required by Inventory Control.</span></p><p><span>*</span><span>Observe all safety guidelines; inform Supervisor of any safety hazards; attend all required safety training classes.</span></p><p><span>*<span><span> </span></span></span><span>Able to operate material handling equipment as necessary to move materials while complying with all safety and power industrial truck operating rules.</span></p><p><span>*<span><span>  </span></span></span><span>Responsible to learn all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and be fully compliant with all regulations regarding the handling, storage, and shipments.</span></p><p><span>*</span><span>Cleans, maintains, and ensures proper housekeeping in the facility to meet and exceed Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.</span></p><p><span>*Responsible for reasonable duties as assigned by Team Lead or Supervisor.</span></p><p><span>All employees are responsible for ensuring the compliance to company documents, programs and activities related to the Health, </span> <span>Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality Management Systems, as per your roles and responsibilities.</span></p><h1></h1><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b><span>Additional Information</span></b></h1><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>We offer an excellent salary and benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage, as well as life insurance, <span><span><span><span class="WCO0">disability, 401K</span></span></span></span> with company </span><span>contribution</span><span>, and wellness program. </span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Fresenius Kabi is an Equal <span><span><span><span class="WCO0">Opportunity/Affirmative</span></span></span></span> Action employer.
