The Warehouse Associate for Radiometer is responsible for responsible for ensuring that our customers receive accurate parts in a timely and safe manner while maintaining the warehouse floor. 

This position reports to the Warehouse Manager and is part of the Supply Chain & Logistics department located in Middleburg Heights, OH and will be on-site. Shift hours Mon - Fri 8:30am -5:00pm. Friday hours may be spent working remotely.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

·        Picking, packing and preparing shipments of customer orders accurately within the same day with a 99% accuracy rate.

·        Load and unload delivery trucks daily.

·        Utilize collaboration by sharing information and skills, assisting other team members, and adaptable to support other departments with meeting the needs of the business.

The essential requirements of the job include:

·        High School Diploma or equivalent.

·        at least 2-3 years’ experience in a warehouse/ distribution environment with knowledge of hazardous materials shipping procedures and use of related computer systems/applications.

·        Able to stand for more than half a given shift or workday, lift or maneuver up to 40 lbs. and use tools and equipment for products that weigh up to 100 lbs., and can walk, stoop, kneel and climb.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

·        Working with a forklift and typical warehouse and shipping methods and tools

·        Working in a team setting with a detail and safety-oriented mindset

The hourly range for this role is $20.00 to $21.00 This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
