USA Instruments, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to support our distribution operations. This role involves performing a variety of warehouse activities to ensure accurate and timely handling of instruments and related products.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments of instruments and materials.
* Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to established procedures.
* Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
* Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
* Organize and maintain the warehouse for cleanliness, orderliness, and safety.
* Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers.
* Identify and report discrepancies or damage in shipments.
* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes.
Job Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
* Good communication skills.
* Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
