<p><b>About Job</b></p><p>• Support the development of brand strategy<br />支持品牌策略的制定<br />• Plan and implement marketing campaigns in target group to increase market share and meet the growth ambition<br />在目标群体中计划和实施营销活动,以提高市场份额并满足增长目标</p><p>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:</p><p>1. Participate in brand strategy and action plan development <br />参与品牌战略和行动计划的制定<br />2. Understand and implement both strategic and tactical plan to realize market opportunities<br />了解并实施战略和战术计划,以实现市场机会 <br />3. Take lead in the innovative Marketing programs development and drive execution excellence <br />领导创新营销方案的制定,推动卓越执行<br />4. Manage budget within agreed limits<br />在既定的范围内管理预算<br />5. Analyze and interpret existing and potential market conditions and make recommendations to management<br />分析和解释现有和潜在的市场条件,并向管理层提出建议<br />6. Maintain good engagement with KOLs<br />与KOL保持良好沟通<br />7. Provide support to department projects and take initiative in creative ideas of execution excellence<br />为部门项目提供支持,并主动提出卓越执行的创意</p><p></p><p><b>About You</b></p><p>Education:<br />• Bachelor Degree in Public Health, Medicine, Marketing or related field<br />公共卫生、临床医学或市场营销等相关专业学士学位</p><p>Experience & knowledge:<br />• At least 3-5 years working experience in product management<br />至少3-5年产品管理经验<br />• Familiar with existing medical and biological products regulations and policies,knowledge of online marketing channels<br />熟悉目前的医药产品及生物制品相关法规、政策;熟识线上营销渠道知识<br />• Solid working knowledge of market research, product sales and promotion activities<br />具备切实的市场调研、产品销售及推广活动等方面的工作知识</p><p>Core competencies:<br />• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills,<br />具备优秀的沟通技巧及人际交往技巧<br />• Experience in project management and event planning/execution is desired<br />项目管理和活动策划/执行方面的经验<br />• Able to analyze data, to evaluate promotional/tactical activities and to prepare marketing plans<br />能够进行数据分析,评估推广/策略活动及准备销售计划<br />• Fluent in both English and Mandarin <br />中英文流利</p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1>Pursue <i>progress</i>, discover <i>extraordinary</i></h1><p>Better is out there.
