We are looking for a highly experienced leader to take ownership of operations within their area, drive strategic and tactical direction, and lead a team of managers and professionals. This role requires deep subject matter expertise, strong leadership capability, and the ability to influence organizational processes on a global or local scale.
Develop and oversee operations within your area, including full budget ownership.
Interpret and adapt relevant policy guidelines and ensure compliance across the team.
Influence and help establish new organizational processes and standards.
Set tactical direction with both short- and long‑term focus, contributing strategic input to the broader function.
Operate within a global or local scope depending on assigned responsibilities, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Serve as a recognized subject matter expert and thought leader, ensuring knowledge transfer across the organization.
Lead a sub‑function or large department(s), managing managers and senior professionals.
Take full ownership of people processes—from hiring to development to exit.
Ensure efficient and responsible departmental operations, including assignment and delivery of mandatory training.
Foster and promote Alvotech’s culture, encouraging innovation, positivity, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Monitor trends in comparable fields and identify opportunities to improve workforce performance and reduce company costs.
Deep expertise in the relevant subject area and demonstrated experience operating at a strategic and tactical leadership level.
Proven ability to lead teams, including managing other managers and senior specialists.
Strong understanding of organizational policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
Commitment to adhering to Alvotech policies, procedures, and tools, including the Alvocado and Manager Toolbox.
Ability to ensure that all team members follow required guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and support continuous improvement initiatives.
