The&nbsp;CAL leads all efforts in&nbsp;defining the commercialization strategy, strategic imperatives, critical success factors,&nbsp;executional&nbsp;priorities,&nbsp;and launch efforts&nbsp;together with the launch teams of the affiliates,&nbsp;bringing both a 'future-orientation' toward the&nbsp;goal&nbsp;of broad, global access for patients in need, and a "pragmatic-orientation" to chart the path, mitigate risks, cultivate options.&nbsp;The&nbsp;CAL&nbsp;collaborates&nbsp;with&nbsp;program team,&nbsp;functional&nbsp;leads&nbsp;and affiliate teams&nbsp;to achieve a&nbsp;differentiated product profile, competitive label,&nbsp;broad&nbsp;reimbursement&nbsp;and&nbsp;highly successful&nbsp;launches&nbsp;globally&nbsp;starting with the US launch.&nbsp;&nbsp; Education and Skills Requirements:&nbsp; <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific, medical, or business discipline&nbsp;required; advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, MBA, or Master’s in Life Sciences)&nbsp;strongly&nbsp;preferred.&nbsp;</li> <li>Minimum of 20 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.&nbsp;</li> <li>15+ years of commercialization and cross-functional leadership experience within the biopharmaceutical industry, including substantial involvement in&nbsp;clinical&nbsp;development strategy, regulatory interactions, filing preparation, and lifecycle planning.&nbsp;</li> <li>Extensive experience leading global product launches, including development of launch strategy, execution, and cross-functional commercialization planning.&nbsp;</li> <li>Rare disease launch experience&nbsp;strongly&nbsp;preferred;&nbsp;neuromuscular disease experience&nbsp;highly&nbsp;advantageous.&nbsp;</li> <li>Proven&nbsp;track record&nbsp;of:&nbsp;
