Job Purpose
The Vice President – GCC India & ETO is a senior enterprise leader responsible for defining and executing the GCC India strategy to drive scalable, high-quality value delivery for the enterprise. Operating as the site leader, this role is responsible for (along with functions) overall performance, productivity, talent strategy, financial outcomes, and risk/compliance across a multi-functional delivery organization present in India and operating in a global matrix environment.
This role will institutionalize a robust operating model, embed risk and governance frameworks, optimize cost and service performance, and ensure the GCC is positioned as a strategic, compliant and scalable extension of the global enterprise. This role will also be a conduit between functions and GCC India to help deliver best in class, next generational operations delivery and mature functional plans as part of the location strategy and lead end-to-end delivery.
You will also lead the Enterprise Transformation Office team based in India, supporting a cross‑functional portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives across the enterprise. You will ensure the portfolio is tightly aligned to business priorities, optimize allocation of resources and capabilities, and establish governance, prioritization and performance frameworks to maximize measurable benefits. Working closely with senior leadership, business owners and delivery teams, you will drive portfolio decision‑making, risk management and benefits realization across the organization.
