Position Summary
You will work as a Value Stream Engineer II in our Singapore manufacturing site. You will provide technical and process support to manufacturing teams to ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations. You will lead improvement projects, manage complex deviations, and support technology transfers. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Lead and manage complex deviation investigations and corrective actions to closure.
- Design, plan and deliver process improvement projects to improve yield, quality or efficiency.
- Support validation, trials and technical transfers to enable reliable production start-up.
- Monitor process parameters and trends, and support risk assessments for quality and business continuity.
- Prepare and deliver clear technical documents and training materials for operations teams.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, manufacturing science & tech, and other teams to deliver project milestones.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, biotechnology, chemical engineering, life sciences or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment such as pharmaceutical, biotech or chemical production.
- Hands-on experience in deviation investigation, root cause analysis and CAPA management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for process and equipment issues.
- Proven experience delivering process or operational improvement initiatives.
- Able to work on-site in Singapore; this role is on-site with occasional cross-site collaboration. Minimal hybrid or remote flexibility due to operational needs.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Experience with validation activities, technical transfers, or commissioning.
- Familiarity with manufacturing ERP systems such as SAP and electronic batch records.
- Training or certification in continuous improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Project management experience or formal project management training.
- Good knowledge of current good manufacturing practices and quality systems.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and clear written and verbal communication skills.
