Position Summary
You will provide process and technical support to Manufacturing Operations in Singapore. You will lead investigations, drive improvements, and support new product introductions. You will work closely with operations, quality, engineering and safety teams. We value practical problem solvers who communicate clearly, learn quickly, and focus on safe, high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Lead investigations into process and technical deviations and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Deliver process improvement projects to increase yield, efficiency and safety.
- Support validation, trials, commissioning and technical transfers for equipment and processes.
- Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions and training materials.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues with cross-functional teams to restore production.
- Assess change impacts, put in risk controls and communicate with stakeholders.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Process, Biochemical engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with regulated quality standards.
- Hands-on experience in process troubleshooting, root cause analysis and CAPA.
- Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice and safe working practices.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
- This role is on-site in Singapore with occasional flexible hours for operational needs.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biologics or life-science manufacturing.
- Experience in validation, commissioning and qualification activities.
- Familiarity with process equipment such as filtration, chromatography or fluid handling.
- Experience with continuous improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Project management experience delivering small to medium technical projects.
- Experience using digital tools for documentation, data analysis or control systems.
