In this role, you will be responsible for preparing GMP/GCLP documentation, managing facility and equipment qualification tasks, supporting vendor qualification processes and training external cleaning staff according to company standards.</p><p></p><p><b>Your tasks</b></p><ul><li><p>Host audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements</p></li><li><p>Manage and support GMP/GCLP procedures, including qualification and periodic review of facility equipment</p></li><li><p>Support vendor qualification procedures and maintain related documentation as needed</p></li><li><p>Assist in coordinating facility management tasks, including review of logbooks and records</p></li><li><p>Perform equipment qualification according to SOPs, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to standards</p></li><li><p>Act as backup trainer for external cleaning staff, organizing and delivering training on company standards (including BSL2) and ensuring annual refreshers</p></li></ul><p><b>About you</b></p><ul><li><p>Master’s degree in a scientific discipline with at least 4 years of relevant work experience in GMP/GCLP environments</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in equipment qualification (e.g., autoclaves, dishwashers, computerized systems) and hands-on laboratory work</p></li><li><p>Documented knowledge of laboratory procedures and strong scientific understanding</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent verbal and written communication skills</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English (written and spoken); good German language skills are mandatory</p></li></ul><p>We provide an opportunity to be part of an international company that boasts exceptional technology and a determined team.
