Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.<br /><br /> <br /><b>Main responsibilities:</b></p><p></p><p><i>Supply Chain Processes Linked to Business: </i>liaison point between the commercial team (in activities such as delivery planning, dose collections, returns, re-invoicing, receipts, etc.) coordinating with the Hub, CI2C and the distribution team as the PoC vaccine business unit.</p><p></p><p><i>Commercial-Operational Incident management: </i>Take ownership of incidents escalated to business that may generate risk of credits and re-invoicing and perform root cause analysis proposing process corrections and preventive measures that improve efficiency and reduce recurrences.</p><p></p><p><i>Detailed Monitoring of Vaccination Campaigns (flu, covid and RSV): </i>standardize workflows with internal stakeholders throughout the different pre-campaign, campaign, and post-campaign phases, to strengthen operational efficiency <i>and </i>perform key tasks such as monitoring and control of the contracts, order, returns, deliveries etc dashboard by customer and by vaccine.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>About you</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>Experience in commercial operations, sales support, or customer service — ideally within pharma or vaccines</li><li>Advanced proficiency in SAP and data management/calculation tools</li><li>Proven ability to work in vaccine-related environments and manage complex, cross-functional processes</li><li>Strong analytical skills with a sharp attention to detail and a data-driven mindset</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills across transversal teams</li><li>Languages: English at B2/C1 level</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p> <b><i>Why choose us?</i></b></p><p></p><ul><li>Work at the forefront of AI-driven research, smart manufacturing, and groundbreaking mRNA platforms that are redefining the future of immunology.</li><li>Help protect half a billion people every year, contributing to one of the largest global vaccination efforts in healthcare.</li><li>Make the impossible possible for millions by contributing to breakthrough moments like the world&#39;s first RSV toddler vaccine.
