Job Description

＜職務概要＞
・HIV新製品の売り上げ、そのための質の高いアクションプランの立案・実行に対して責任を持つ。
・当社のHIV製品だけでなく、競合他社製品やHIVの治療環境にも精通し、当社HIV新製品を最適な患者に届けるPatient Centricな行動を体現する。
・HIV診断や耐性確認のための検査や保険償還制度等HIVを取り巻くすべてのことに精通することが求められる。そのため常に最新の知識習得に自ら努め、それらを整理し、顧客ニーズにあった情報提供を実行する。

・学会発表や最新文献精読を踏まえ、最新学術知識の習得に努める。
・適正使用を推進する。
・本社関連部署、及びID営業部のMR・DMと協力して戦略を実行する。

・加えて他営業部門のMR・DMとコラボレーションして活動する。
・活動で得られた情報やベストプラクティスを社内にフィートバックする。
・MRとしての高い倫理観を発揮し、コンプライアンスを遵守した活動を行う。

＜必須条件＞

・MR認定試験合格者

・ステークホルダー/顧客とのインタラクティブなコミュニケーション能力

・HIV MR経験2年以上

・ID営業部MR・DM及び他の営業部門と協業していくコミュニケーション能力

・自ら課題探求していくために学習を続ける意志

・アクション実行時に求められる協調性と責任感

・効果的な問題解決スキル、創造的な思考スキル

・アサインされた職務の管理に関するスキル（堅実性、適時性等）

・MRとして高い倫理観

・常に新しいことを吸収する能力

・日本語能力（N1）ネイティブレベルの方

＜歓迎条件＞

・高い科学的知識の裏づけに基づく、科学論文(英語論文を含む)の読解スキル
