<p><b>Job Title</b></p><p>Vaccine Intern</p><p></p><p><b>Hiring Manager Job Title</b></p><p><span>Business Planning Head Vaccines SEA&amp;I</span></p><p></p><p><b>Main Responsibilities:</b></p><p></p><p><b><span>External Sales and Marketing Partnership management</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Partner Selection &amp; Assessment: Work with procurement and country team to conduct formal assessments for partner selection, renewal, or scope extension </span></p></li><li><p><span>Cross-Learning &amp; standardization: Provide guidance across countries to ensure consistent partnership approaches and share best practices for area of improvement </span></p></li><li><p><span>Work with legal teams to identify and mitigate contractual risks,</span></p></li><li><p><span>Attend and support demand and business reviews with external partners</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide MCO-level perspective on priorities, strategic alignment</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure consistency in business review processes across all markets in SEA&amp;I</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure compliance of our contracts with the business models. </span></p><p></p></li></ul><p><b><span>Tender management</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Tender coordination across countries, MCO and the region</span></p></li><li><p><span>Facilitation on strategy and pricing.</span></p></li></ul><p>​</p><p><b>Demand and supply </b></p><ul><li><p>Alignment with supply on Demand &amp; Supply plan vs financial</p></li><li><p>Ensure supply continuity by mitigating Write off risks.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Experiences/Competencies Required:</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in communications, business, social science, or any related field.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong command in written English and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for details.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A proactive and creative mindset, with a willingness to learn and possesses strong project management skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Exhibit organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Flexible and adaptable to change, self-initiated and driven.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Innovative, accountable, collaborative, and challenges the status quo.</span></p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1>Pursue <i>progress</i>, discover <i>extraordinary</i></h1><p>Better is out there.
