<p style="text-align:left">Job Description</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>Vaccines Sales Team in Poland is looking for highly motivated and committed candidates for the role of <b>VACCINE CUSTOMER SPECIALIST.</b></p><p></p><p><b>Each candidate will be responsible for one of the following locations:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Łódzkie (Łódź Wsch.) </b></p><p><b>Świętokrzyskie (Kielce)</b></p><p><b>Małopolskie (Kraków Pd.)</b></p><p><b>Śląskie (Częstochowa or Zabrze or Bielsko-Biała)</b></p><p><b>Podkarpackie (Rzeszów Pd.)</b></p><p><b>Lubelskie (Lublin Pd.) </b></p><p></p><p>Selected candidates will be responsible for the promotion of our company Vaccines portfolio, consisting of highly innovative products preventing spreading of serious infectious diseases.</p><p></p><p><b>Vaccine Customer Specialist will be expected to:</b></p><p>- establish and maintain meaningful professional relationships with Health Care Professionals (Medical Doctors, Nurses, Vaccination centers);</p><p>- provide expert support to the HCPs in the area of diseases prevention through vaccination with our company vaccines, to ensure customer satisfaction.</p><p>- deliver sales objectives as per allocated budget.</p><p>- act in accordance with our high ethical standards.</p><p></p><p><b>Required qualifications:</b></p><p>- <u>Minimum 3 years</u> of experience in <u>pharmaceutical Rx business</u> (experience in <u>pediatric/GP promotion</u> will be an asset).</p><p>- Positive, ‘can do’ attitude.</p><p>- University degree (preferably life science or business).</p><p>- Self-motivated and energetic with drive to excel.</p><p>- Strong scientific profile, ability to understand and discuss scientific data and arguments.</p><p>- Excellent communication skills.</p><p>- Customer focus, excellent customer relationship.</p><p>- A team player, but also able to work autonomously in the field.</p><p>- Good planning and organization, analysis and problem solving, creative thinking.</p><p>- Communicative level of English - must understand and be able to express him/herself verbally and in writing.</p><p>- PC literacy - competent use of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) in particular and IT assets in general.</p><p>- Driving license [B category].</p><p></p><p><span>We set financial rates based on regular market reviews.
