This position supports safe and efficient injection molding operations by completing tool change support, material handling, resin management, basic processing assistance, and equipment checks to help the plant meet safety, quality, productivity, and scrap goals.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><ul><li>Change tools and support tool change activities as trained and assigned.</li><li>Start presses after tool changes and ensure equipment is running safely and to standard.</li><li>Assist with processing issues and escalate technical concerns to Supervisors or appropriate support.</li><li>Clean tools and work areas as needed to support safe, efficient operations.</li><li>Support Supervisors with technical and production-related issues as requested.</li><li>Ensure presses do not run out of resin; monitor usage and maintain material availability.</li><li>Verify dryers, loaders, grinders, and related support equipment are functioning properly; report issues promptly.</li><li>Move product from presses when necessary and support orderly flow to staging/warehouse areas.</li><li>Ensure presses are stocked with appropriate raw materials and packaging supplies.</li><li>Identify and mix resins as required, following established procedures and quality requirements.</li><li>Scan resins, boxes, and finished product to the correct locations to maintain inventory accuracy and traceability.</li><li>Promote and follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper PPE use and safe material handling.</li><li>Perform Lockout/Tagout in accordance with training and policy requirements.</li><li>Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards in assigned areas.</li><li>Control scrap by following standard work, identifying issues early, and supporting corrective actions.</li><li>Support cycle time optimization through proper setup support, material readiness, and disciplined execution.</li><li>Implement and maintain efficient work procedures and practices and support continuous improvement efforts.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned to support production and plant needs.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, <span>candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes</span> as permitted or required by applicable law</span>.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">We are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
