Join Johnson &amp; Johnson as a Demand Planning Co-Op and contribute to meaningful work while building your professional network and skillset!</p><p>This Co-Op role supports the <b>US Surgery </b>business within our <b>MedTech sector. </b>You’ll work alongside experienced professionals in <b>Planning</b>, contributing to data analysis, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives.</p><p></p><h2><b>You will be responsible:</b></h2><p><b>Data &amp; Reporting:</b></p><ul><li>Collect, analyze, consolidate, and report planning data accurately and on time.</li><li>Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal partners.</li></ul><p><b>Process Improvement:</b></p><ul><li>Develop tools and systems to enhance planning efficiency.</li><li>Document processes to support training and knowledge transfer.</li></ul><p><b>Collaboration &amp; Forecasting:</b></p><ul><li>Engage daily with internal and external teams.</li><li>Support demand planning segments, collaborating with Marketing and Finance.</li><li>Analyze forecast errors and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Research methods to improve statistical forecasting performance.</li></ul><p><b>SAP &amp; Inventory Management:</b></p><ul><li>Gain hands-on experience using SAP to identify and resolve issues with customer orders.</li><li>Allocate inventory to critical orders, ensuring timely fulfilment and customer satisfaction.</li></ul><p><b>Compliance &amp; Safety:</b></p><ul><li>Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.</li><li>Complete required training within designated timeframes.</li><li>Promote a safe and inclusive work environment.</li></ul><p></p><h2><b>Qualifications / Requirements:</b></h2><ul><li>Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.</li><li>Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Materials Management, Engineering, Biosurgery, or related fields.</li><li>Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.</li><li>Proficient in MS office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail and management of database tools.</li><li>Math, including Algebra and statistics (preferred).</li><li>Familiarity with SAP is highly desirable.</li><li>Current education or extra-curricular activity experiences should demonstrate capabilities to meet the required skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Able to take direction well, set priorities and achieve results.</li><li>Validated ability to quickly learn and apply complex applications.</li><li>Good written and oral communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.</li><li>Business maturity and ability to work with minimum supervision.</li><li>Customer focused judgment and initiative.</li><li>Able to identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes and take initiative.</li><li>Ability to apply project and personal leadership to successfully achieve project, team and individual goals.</li><li>Ability to share knowledge and personal experience with peers. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year.
