The Opportunity
Cala Health is seeking a UI/UX Designer to own design of Cala’s digital experiences including web and mobile. You will champion the creative vision and own end-to-end visual and interaction design.
Working closely with Product and Engineering, you will create the design language that carries across every surface for one coherent experience, translate requirements into user experience flows, and own the related design documentation.
Title: UI/UX Designer
Reports to: Software Engineering Manager
Location: Remote OR Hybrid if local (Onsite 3 days per week)
Employment type: Full-Time, Exempt
Pay range: 120k -140k
Final compensation is based on experience, skills, market benchmarks, and internal equity, with potential adjustments for candidate location.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Cala will consider sponsoring work visas subject to external immigration counsel assessment based on chances of approval.
