You will have access to:</p><ul><li>Career development with an international company where you can grow the career you dream of.</li><li>A company named one of the most admired companies in the world by Fortune.</li><li>A company that is recognized as one of the best big companies to work for as well as a best place to work for diversity, working mothers, female executives, and scientists.</li></ul><div></div><p><b>What You’ll Be Working On</b></p><ul><li><p>Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job specifications.</p></li><li><p>Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for Early Careers, entry- and mid-level positions.</p></li><li><p>Designing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.</p></li><li><p>Creating compelling job advertisements and managing online postings.</p></li><li><p>Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, referrals, and local partnerships.</p></li><li><p>Assessing candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.</p></li><li><p>Conducting interviews and collaborating with HR and hiring managers to evaluate candidates.</p></li><li><p>Managing the offer process, including preparation, negotiation, and extension.</p></li><li><p>Building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners.</p></li><li><p>Ensuring accurate and timely documentation in our ATS (Phenom and Workday).</p></li><li><p>Continuously improving recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and satisfaction scores.</p></li><li><p>Representing the company at recruitment events and identifying opportunities to enhance our employer brand visibility.</p></li></ul><div></div><p><b>What We’re Looking For</b></p><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).</p></li><li><p><u><b>Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English</b></u></p></li><li><p>Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for entry- to mid-level roles.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with sourcing tools, social media platforms.</p></li><li><p>Ability to thrive in a matrixed, geographically diverse organization.</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.</p></li><li><p>High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience recruiting in the <b>healthcare industry</b>.</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of <b>Workday</b> and other applicant tracking systems.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with <b>LinkedIn Recruiter</b> and candidate relationship management tools.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
