This role will be responsible for coordinating renewals, claims, accounting activities, audits, and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders.</p><p></p><p><b>You will be responsible for:</b></p><p></p><p><u>Insurance Program Management</u></p><p>• Administer and coordinate all corporate insurance policies in Latin America (Property, Liability, D&amp;O, Marine, Cyber, etc.).<br />• Ensure alignment with global Corporate Risk Management standards and requirements.<br />• Conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements to insurance programs.</p><p><u>Renewals &amp; Operations</u></p><p>• Lead the full renewal process, including data collection, application submissions, and negotiation with brokers and insurers.<br />• Review policy terms, limits, deductibles, and coverage conditions to ensure they meet regional needs and corporate policies.</p><p><u>Claims Management</u></p><p>• Coordinate the end-to-end claims process: reporting, documentation, follow-up, reserve tracking, and communication with insurers.<br />• Provide timely updates to internal teams impacted by claims.</p><p><u>Accounting &amp; Controls</u></p><p>• Execute accounting activities related to insurance programs (accruals, allocations, provisions).<br />• Monitor premium payments, reimbursements, deductibles, and invoices.<br />• Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.</p><p><u>Relationship Management &amp; Governance</u></p><p>• Act as the key point of contact for regional and global Risk Management teams.<br />• Participate in meetings with Corporate Risk Management and cross-functional stakeholders.<br />• Support projects and initiatives aimed at improving insurance processes.</p><p><u>Pension Plan (Preferred)</u></p><p>•Assist with topics related to pension plans, including reviewing coverage, interacting with providers, and understanding basic actuarial concepts.</p><p><br /><b>Qualifications / Requirements:</b></p><p><br />• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Law, Engineering, or a related field.<br />• Previous experience in corporate insurance, policy administration, or Risk Management.<br />• Strong knowledge of renewals, claims handling, and risk analysis.<br />• Experience with insurance-related accounting processes.<br />• Knowledge of Pension Plans is a significant plus.<br />• Advanced English required (daily interaction with Corporate Risk Management).<br />• Spanish at an intermediate/advanced level preferred; </p><p></p><p><u>Behavioral Competencies</u></p><p>• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.<br />• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.<br />• Clear, structured, and intercultural communication.<br />• Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.<br />• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset.</p><p></p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><b>Required Skills: </b></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><b>Preferred Skills:</b></p>Analytical Reasoning, Banking and Financial Services Platforms, Business Behavior, Cash Management, Collaborating, Controls Compliance, Data Savvy, Data Visualization, Detail-Oriented, Financial Analysis, Financial Competence, Financial Recordkeeping, Financial Risk Management (FRM), Multi Currency Accounting, Problem Solving, Risk Assessments, Risk Management Framework, Treasury Management
