Pierre Fabre Group is committed to <b>Medical Care R&D</b> to bring novel, innovative therapeutic opportunities to patients in need.</p><p><b>Dermatology</b> is a priority therapeutic area and constitutes a strategic focus for the Pierre Fabre Group. The internal R&D pipeline, supplemented with future external opportunities, will be central in shaping the future orientation of Pierre Fabre Medical Care.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Your role within a pioneering company in full expansion:</u></b></p><ul><li>Design and execute cell-based functional assays<span> </span>to support drug discovery programs in immuno-dermatology.</li><li>Conduct mechanism-of-action studies and in vitro preclinical proof-of-concept experiments<span> </span>using immune and/or skin-relevant models to characterize novel therapeutics.</li><li>Develop and implement innovative cellular assay strategies, leveraging emerging technologies to address key project questions.</li><li>Analyze experimental data and communicate results<span> </span>in team and cross-functional meetings to support decision-making.</li><li>Establish, manage, and coordinate collaborations with external partners and CROs<span> </span>to ensure high productivity and quality, expanding capabilities according to project needs.</li></ul><p></p><p>We offer an attractive remuneration/benefits package: Incentives, profit-sharing, Pierre Fabre shareholding with matching contribution, health and provident insurance, 16 days of holidays (RTT) in addition to 25 days of personal holidays, public transport participation...</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><h1></h1><h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b><b>Who you are ?</b></b></span></h1><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><div><h1></h1></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p><b><u>Your skills at the service of innovative projects:</u></b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Life Sciences discipline such as immunology, cell biology, molecular biology, or biochemistry</li><li>5+ years of professional experience in drug discovery and/or translational research in pharma industry or biotech is required</li><li>Extensive cell culture and molecular biology expertise, with proven experience with immune cell–based assays, including multiparameter flow cytometry (FACS) and related functional readouts</li><li>Knowledge in skin biology is highly valued</li><li>Hands-on experience with different <i>in vitro</i> biochemical and cellular methods, combined with knowledge of multi-omics techniques</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in assay development and optimization, with a high level of independence, critical thinking, and a solution-oriented mindset</li><li>Motivated and agile team player with the ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional R&D environment</li><li>Excellent oral, and written communication skills in both French and English are essential</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><i>We are convinced that diversity is a source of fulfillment, social balance and complementarity for our employees, which is why our offers are open to all, without restriction.</i></p>
