Account Management</p><p>Own public hospital account strategy for assigned institutions, aligned to national access and tender priorities.</p><p>Drive Beyfortus KPK listing and public adoption, supporting Blue Book planning and hospital readiness.</p><p>Support Dupixent public tender acceleration through stakeholder mapping, access planning, and tender insights.</p><p>Forecast public channel demand, monitor tender utilization, and flag risks or opportunities early.</p><p>Act as field intelligence force for Epilim across assigned public hospitals. Monitor prescribing behavior, tender performance, stock risks, and generic conversion trends.</p><p>2. Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Access Enablement</p><p>Build and sustain partnerships with hospital leadership, pharmacy, procurement, and clinical decision-makers.</p><p>Lead or support account reviews, aligning Medical, Vaccines, Trade, and Market Access teams on clear action plans.</p><p>Enable compliant, patient-centric solutions in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and Medical.</p><p>3. Cross-Functional Collaboration &amp; Execution Excellence</p><p>Coordinate closely with Vaccines, Immunology, Medical, Supply Chain, and Tender teams to ensure aligned execution.</p><p>Translate field insights into actionable recommendations for national strategy.</p><p>Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and governance for all public engagements.</p><p></p><p></p><p><i>About you </i></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in any science field with minimum 5 years&#39; experience in<ul><li>Public sector pharmaceutical sales, or</li><li>Key Account Management, or</li><li>Tender / Market Access–related roles</li></ul></li><li>Prior exposure to <b>public hospital systems, tenders, or reimbursement processes</b> is a strong advantage</li><li>Experience in <b>vaccines, specialty care, or immunology</b> is preferred but not mandatory.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Core Competency</u></b></p><p></p><ul><li>Strong understanding of public healthcare systems and decision pathways.</li><li>Ability to analyze data and translate insights into access-driven strategies.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>High resilience and adaptability in complex, policy-driven environments.</li><li>Strong ownership mindset with disciplined execution.</li><li>Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence without authority.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><i>Why choose us?</i></p><p>Join the team transforming how healthcare is delivered for chronic and specialty conditions worldwide.
