This is your opportunity to make a real impact by safeguarding compliance and enabling growth in a dynamic, global environment.</p><p></p><p><b>What will you be doing?</b></p><p>You’ll be part of our Global Trade Compliance team, supporting operations across EMEA. Your work will help prevent and resolve compliance issues, ensuring smooth import and export processes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to keep our business compliant and efficient.</p><ul><li><p>Maintain oversight of import and export procedures in EMEA to ensure compliance with international trade and customs requirements</p></li><li><p>Implement global trade compliance standards and procedures across the region</p></li><li><p>Provide training and guidance to teams in Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement and Engineering</p></li><li><p>Drive projects focused on import/export efficiencies and cost savings</p></li><li><p>Assign HS code classifications and determine Country of Origin for products</p></li><li><p>Conduct customs audits and manage brokerage services</p></li><li><p>Review trade data for accuracy and approve international documentation</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What will you need to be successful?</b></p><p>Success in this role means being a proactive problem solver with a passion for detail and compliance. You’ll need:</p><ul><li><p>A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Legal or a related field</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of EU trade laws, free trade agreements and regulatory requirements</p></li><li><p>Experience managing customs brokers and working with regulatory authorities</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with trade compliance platforms such as SAP GTS, Amber Road or similar</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams</p></li><li><p>High attention to detail and strong ethical standards</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>You.
