Mange project resource allocation.</span></li><li><span>Plan and control project timelines.</span></li><li><span>Estimate project budget and control the cost within the budget.</span></li><li><span>Lead the implementation of an automation project.</span></li><li><span>Collaboration with other functions to compliancy the law and rules (Information Security, Finance, EHS, ESD, CE, UL, etc)</span></li><li><span>Search for potential project and potential product.</span></li><li><span>Involve the develop and deploy of potential project and potential product.</span></li><li><span>Search for potential standard and potential governance approach.</span></li><li><span>Involve the develop and deploy of potential standard and potential governance approach.</span></li><li><span>Lead the knowledge transfer to assigned global partners and partnership certification.</span></li><li><span>Lead the project technical support to assigned global partners and feedback for continuously improvement.</span></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><span>Technical Savvy, system oriented, great attitude to machines &amp; processes</span></li><li><span>Positive, open, passionate, creative, patience, hands-on, love to learn and continuously improve</span></li><li><span>Objective, critical thinking and problem-solving skill</span></li><li><span>Well organized, pays attention to details, methodical</span></li><li><span>Ownership for team task, good team player, working under pressure &amp; multi-tasking.</span></li><li><span>Time flexibility due to global supplier in different time zones</span></li><li><span>Available oversea travel to leadership project &amp; team at global sites</span></li><li><span>Great communicator – verbally and written</span></li><li><span>Excellent English skills in listen, read, write and oral</span></li><li><span>High level of Administration skills</span></li><li><span>Has manufacturing process or automation development background is prior.</span></li><li><span>Proficiency in engineering software is prior.
