Backed by a highly skilled engineering and manufacturing team, TE Wire delivers products manufactured to the highest standards, ensuring consistent quality, reliability, and long-term performance.</p><p>Join TE Wire and become part of a dynamic organization where experience, innovation, and teamwork come together to shape the future of aerospace.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Set up and operate taping machines to apply various types and sizes of tape to bare or insulated conductors</li><li>Load wire reels onto payoff stands and transfer wire to take-up reels</li><li>Lace wire through machine components including oven, capstan, spark tester, and take-up reel</li><li>Load tapes onto taping heads and drain wire as required per job specifications</li><li>Set and monitor oven controllers to required temperatures per specifications</li><li>Adjust and monitor spark tester voltage to specification</li><li>Run machines to require footage while maintaining specified speeds and quality standards</li></ul><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Start machines and verify proper tape lay and overall operation</li><li>Inspect product quality throughout the process and ensure compliance with specifications</li><li>Perform necessary repairs to correct faults or damaged material in accordance with specifications</li><li>Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines</li><li>Perform additional duties and tasks assigned by the supervisor</li></ul><p><b>Skills / Experience</b></p><ul><li>Some manufacturing or production experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)</li><li>Previous extrusion or wire and cable experience is a plus</li><li>Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards</li><li>Ability to follow work instructions and technical specifications</li><li>Dependable and able to work in a production-focused environment</li></ul><p><b>Location</b></p><ul><li>Saddle brook, NJ 07663 (Required)</li></ul><p><b>Work Location:</b> In person</p><p><b>Pay Range   </b></p><ul><li><b>$18.00- $21.00 (depending on experience and shift)</b></li></ul><p>Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, <span>candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes</span> as permitted or required by applicable law</span>.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">We are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
