<p><b>Job description</b></p><p>This position will report to Ecosystem &amp; Scientific Innovation Lead and belongs to the Translational Medicine Center Sanofi R&amp;D. He/She will assist in collecting and organizing intelligence, exploring new external innovative cooperation models, and have the opportunity to participate in global innovation projects to accumulate project management experience.</p><p><span>n  </span>40% FTE for Desktop research: to support on cutting-edge technology and biological updates, a frequently monitoring on China innovative ecosystem, etc.</p><p><span>n  </span>30% FTE for Daily work support: organizing and beatifying slides, non-confidential meeting minutes, drafting and proofreading of translated documents, etc.</p><p><span>n  </span>30% FTE for supporting Scientific Project Manager for admin works on ongoing EI initiatives in China.</p><ul><li><p><span>   <b>Job requirement:</b></span></p></li><li><p><span>Master&#39;s degree or above in biology related majors, preferably students in the last year or gap year</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in wet-lab research is preferred</span></p></li><li><p><span>An excellent capability of literature retrieval and analysis</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in drafting research contracts is desired</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent spoken and written skills in English are required</span></p></li><li><p><span>Innovative thinking and good at communication</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent practical skills in MS Office software </span></p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1>Pursue <i>progress</i>, discover <i>extraordinary</i></h1><p>Better is out there.
